A digital platform with a new look and new content, best able to convey the diversity of the activities of the Teatro Grande.
Friday, Oct. 10 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 12 at 3:30 p.m. the Teatro Grande will host the return of one of the most famous and most entertaining titles composed by Gaetano Donizetti: L’Elisir d’amore. A comic title par excellence, with traits, however, of elegiac poetics, it saw the light of day in Milan in 1832 and was an immediate success with Lombard audiences, soon becoming a must-see for entire generations of singers, serving as a litmus test for the vocal preparation of performers in their early careers. For this reason, too, the principal roles are entrusted to the winners of the As.Li.Co Competition, now in its 76th year and recognized as an important hotbed of talent.
