A digital platform with a new look and new content, best able to convey the diversity of the activities of the Teatro Grande.
On Friday 20th and Sunday 22nd November the Rossini farse La Scala di Seta will be played for the first time at Teatro Grande with Damiano Micheletto direction which will be taken by the very young Andrea Bernard. Paolo Fantin will be in charge of scenery and costumes and Alessandro Carletti will be responsable for lights.
With this opera, Teatro Grande secures a very impactful show: the traditional farsa comica will highlight both Rossini’s genius and the talent of an Italian director who produced in 2009for ROF (Pesaro’s Rossini Opera Festival) one of the most successful shows, an influential work for last generations. The Theater’s innovation goals are once again represented by a young rising conductor and cast: Manuel Pierattelli, Bianca Tognocchi, Laura Verrecchia, Francisco Brito, Leonardo Galeazzi and Filippo Fontana will be directed by Francesco Ommassini’s baton, who has been recently Music Director of Filarmonia veneta, Orchestra Regionale of Veneto.
