Higher is a ritual in which dance draws its foundation and inspiration from the experience of clubbing. Difficult to ascribe to specific formal categories, the disco dance instead assumes a social role, a form of experience more similar to prayer and catharsis, personal and collective. Michele Rizzo develops a cultural analysis of clubbing from the idea of ​​dance as a language.

Higher transports and translates the disco experience into a theatrical representation, using the electronic sounds of Lorenzo Senni, the extraordinary creator of the new international electronic scene.
