“Pierino e il lupo” con Saturnino e l’Orchestra I Pomeriggi

The May-July 2021 Season opens with I Pomeriggi Musicali Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Gábor Takács-Nagy, who will stage Sergej Prokof’ev’s musical fable Peter and the Wolf. Among the best known works in the world, Peter and the Wolf manages to reach the viewer thanks to Prokof’ev’s incredible compositional clarity, a listening that has fascinated adults and children for over a hundred years. Each character in the fairy tale – musically personified by an instrument or a group of instruments – is introduced by a narrator. For this special inauguration, Saturnino, the famous Italian bassist and multi-instrumentalist, was asked to fill this role.

Aimed at children and teenagers from 6 years old.
