Teatro Grande di Brescia

Dèdalo ensemble

The dèdalo ensemble is directed by Maestro Vittorio Parisi. Always involved in the contemporary and twentieth century repertoire, dèdalo ensemble presents a program that brings together two different routes in two neighbouring countries – Austria and Italy – with pieces by Berg, Schoenberg, Petrassi and Castiglioni. On the one hand the most radical innovator of twentieth century music and his school, on the other, two apostles of New Italian Music, distant from each other in age and musical and personal characteristics, but both fundamental for Italian musical innovation.
