The Teatro Grande Foundation announces that Francesco Bianconi’s concert scheduled for Wednesday 16 March has been postponed to Wednesday 25 May. The event has been moved in the face of the epidemiological situation and the entire 2022 tour will therefore touch the main Italian cities starting in May.
The concert will involve the Tuscan singer-songwriter flanked by the band composed by Angelo Trabace at the piano; Zevi Bordovach at the harmonium, Moog and Mellotron; Alessandro Trabace on violin; Sebastiano de Gennaro on percussion and vibes; Stefano Pilia on guitar; Enrico Gabrielli on saxophones, clarinet, flute and synthesizers.
Tickets already purchased are also valid for the new date. All those who have purchased a ticket for the evening and wish to request a refund can contact the Teatro Grande Box Office up to and including Wednesday 16 March.
Francesco Bianconi, frontman of the Italian band Baustelle since 1997, is one of the most appreciated songwriters and authors on the Italian scene, characteristics that emerge both from his important contribution to the band and from his individual collaborations. The new tour comes almost two years after the release of his first solo album Forever and the release, in January 2022, of Accade, an album with which he paid tribute to great Italian songwriters and performers.
