GRANDEBRIXIA – Leggere Lolita a Teheran

So begins Azar Nafisi’s novel Reading Lolita in Tehran, a New York Times bestseller for more than two years. The story tells the true story of the author, who was forced to leave the university where she taught due to pressure from the Iranian state, and who turned her home into a place of literary resistance. Following her example, actress Cinzia Spanò and musician Roberta Di Mario offer a reading of excerpts from the novel. A tribute to the strength of Iranian women.
