One of the greatest musicians of all time, the Portuguese pianist Maria João Pires, will take over the Sala Grande of our theatre. She performed in public for the first time at the age of 4 years and during her career has trod the most important stages, working alongside the best known conductors. Maria João Pires is acclaimed all over the world for her extraordinary talents and for the excellent performances of Mozart, Schubert and Chopin. The program that will lead to the Teatro Grande is still under definition, but this evening of piano solo already promises to be a must for those who love great music.
